About the Production: Bright Places
The Peggy Ramsay award winning Bright Places is a compelling autobiographical piece of Rae Mainwaring focused around the exploration of living with the life changing Multiple Sclerosis diagnostic. The show will be directed by Tessa Walker. Known for its innovative storytelling, Carbon Theatre has garnered attention for its fresh and engaging performances. For this production, Carbon Theatre has partnered with Birmingham Repertory Theatre, who commissioned the play back in 2020. The rehearsals for Bright Places will be held at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre, a venue renowned for its rich history and commitment to fostering new talent in the performing arts.
